Our studio is a beautifully renovated carriage barn located just south of the town of Lakeville, Connecticut, in the northwest corner of the state. We’re close to the borders of both New York and Massachusetts.

We offer daily classes in a variety of Yoga traditions, and welcome brand new beginners as well as continuing students.
