As warm weather settles in, we often feel a more elastic and expansive sense of our bodies. At the same time, activities such as gardening can leave us weary. In this class we’ll explore several posture series that can help create balance for the summer season. We’ll start by opening the heart center, shoulders, and arms, then move on to gently stretch the legs, hips, and lower back. Finally, we’ll soothe and ground our energy through breathwork, followed by deep rest. Open to all.
Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
