Our legs and feet can be considered our physical roots, the limbs with which we connect to the earth. All too often, issues with our joints – ankles, knees, and hips – plus poor footwear prevents us from feeling the power of these limbs, and really getting grounded. In this class, Sarah will help you wake up your feet and toes, mobilize your ankles, then strengthen the muscles around your knees and hips. Before final relaxation, you’ll get to give your feet a little extra attention through a soothing self-massage. Please bring socks. Open to all.
Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
