Sarah will lead a well-rounded, moderately paced flow class in which no weight will be placed in the hands and arms. No downward dog, no plank - not even tabletop! Instead, we’ll focus on enlivening our feet, legs, hips, and core, leaving our upper limbs unburdened. Perfect for those students who enjoy slow flow but prefer not to load the hands and wrists with weight bearing. We’ll end with a long relaxation, placing gentle weight (sandbags or eye pillows) on the hands and wrists for an extra soothing experience. Open to all.
Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
