Come enliven and empower your energetic sense of center! This class will offer a challenging slow-flow practice featuring strong, core-focused Yoga. We’ll warm up with creative variations of Ashtanga-style sun salutations, move through a sequence of standing poses and twists, then explore a powerful series of core strengtheners - finishing (of course!) with deep relaxation.
Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
