In this group, we will practice in the Plum Village Tradition of the Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. Together we will enjoy a Dharma reading, mindful sitting and walking meditation, and Dharma sharing. All spiritual traditions are welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early to remove your shoes and find your seat. Chairs, bolsters and blankets are available to support our practice. Pay by donation.
