Join us for a class blending practices from Feldenkrais, dance, and Qi gong-inspired movement. Embody the delight of the summer's sun, with vibrant and dynamic flows of gentle movement. We will practice an embodied mindfulness meditation as a part of this class, listening to our bodies and minds with kind awareness. No experience with movement or meditation is needed to join this class. Practices are accessible and gentle for people from all walks of life.
Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
