A perfect way to prepare for the Fall season! This class will begin with balancing and calming breathwork, then move through a relaxing combo of gentle and restorative Yoga poses, focusing on gently stretching and stabilizing the body. We’ll end with a guided relaxation that incorporates elements of Yoga Nidra. Open to all, including beginners.
Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
