FOR BEGINNERS & CONTINUING STUDENTS
Samantha Free, RYT 500. Samantha grew up in Millbrook and worked in New York for many years. After a fast paced life as an interior designer, Samantha decided to make a shift to focus on her wellbeing by deepening her practice of meditation and yoga. She completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Sadhana in Hudson, New York, and her 500 hour training at Satya in Rhinebeck, New York. Samantha, the owner and director of Millbrook Yoga, also completed a Post Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist training and a 25 hour intensive Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She’s a CASAC – a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor - and a Certified End of Life Doula. Through her studies, Samantha has learned to connect deeply with compassion and loving kindness toward herself and others through movement, meditation and breath.
