Community Class: Strong Slow Flow with Sarah

Based on modified Ashtanga Vinyasa sequencing, this class will offer a slow, deep, deliciously flowing challenge, focusing on leg and hip strengthening and opening, plus an interlude of intense but playful core work. The practice will finish with a long (15 minutes!) final relaxation.

Community classes are pay by donation ($5 - $20 sliding scale suggested). If you're new to our studio, please be sure to introduce yourself to your teacher before the start of class.
