CLASSES TAKE PLACE IN THE BLUE STUDIO
Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lessons in the Feldenkrais Method® are gentle movement sequences designed to bring attention to your whole self, mindfully and compassionately. By slowing down, we are able to sense and feel ourselves in movement, enabling us to start to make clear distinctions between areas where we experience more or less comfort, ease or “over-efforting.” Through this experiential learning, we begin to sense, think, and feel outside of our habits. Becoming aware of habits and ways of learning can create a positive shift in our capacities for movement and functioning. ATM classes are open to all adults, including those with neurological difficulties, chronic pain, injuries, or other issues.

Sandrine Harris is a Movement Educator, Feldenkrais Practitioner®, mindfulness facilitator, and dancer. Sandrine offers Feldenkrais® classes, community classes, and workshops at Yoga at Space. She holds teaching certifications in dance, Feldenkrais®, health counseling, and mindfulness meditation. Sandrine is fascinated by the human spirit at every stage, and is a lifelong student of the inner life. kinesoma.com
