  • NEW! Meditation Group: Northwest Corner Mindfulness Meditation with Eleanor Miller. Starting Sunday, October 20th,  1:00-2:15 pm. In this group, we'll practice in the Plum Village Tradition of Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. Together we will enjoy a Dharma reading, mindful sitting and walking meditation, and Dharma sharing.  Meditators from all spiritual traditions are welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early to remove shoes and find your seat.  Chairs, bolsters and blankets are available. By donation.   • NEW! Saturday Afternoon Yin Yoga with Cindy Vannoy. Saturdays, 3:00 - 4:15 pm. A six week series starting Saturday October 26 through Saturday November 30. Come enjoy a weekend afternoon Yin Yoga class! You can attend all six classes at a discount, 6 classes for $80, or attend as a drop-in student. All are welcome.

  • Starting in November: Gentle Yoga Hour, a four-class session with Sarah Getz. Tuesdays, 4:30 - 5:30 pm. Get ready for the holiday season by adding gentle Yoga to your schedule! Sarah will lead you through a relaxing hour of gentle and Restorative Yoga, supported by mindful breath work. Four classes: Tuesday November 5 through 26. Drop-in students are welcome, or use your series with Sarah.
